Children who have experienced abuse or neglect often need someone to speak up for their best interests. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), you become that voice.

CASA volunteers are appointed by a judge to advocate for children involved in the court system. You will provide consistent support, gather information, and make recommendations that help the court make informed decisions for the child.

No special degree or experience is required—just a heart for children and a commitment to making a difference.

Training Commitment

CASA volunteers complete 32 hours of pre-service training before being sworn in by a judge and are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year.
